Automatic Aseptic Filler

The aseptic filler IDRA 20/1 and IDRA 20/2, the vanguard solution to fill preformed flexible bag with spout. The machine is equipped with the most modern devices for control and auto-diagnosis through PLC and PC touch pad; the functioning is completely automatic, beginning from unrolling of the preformed bags, external sanitization of bags, cutting in single bags, sterilization of the spout, opening/filliÅng/closing and final washing and drying of the bags. The bag capacity has a range between 3 to 20 litres using different types of pressure spout of 1” (inch) diameter to fill liquid, viscous and dense food products. Special model can be designed for special spout or food products with dice (2” spout diameter). The machine, in aseptic version, is sterilized and maintained under over pressure with sterile air for all the working period. In the standard aseptic machine a temporized spry of disinfectant allow to maintain the machine in aseptic conditions.
