Idealtech adhesive application heads offer production solutions tailored for various applications, with options for different line speeds and coating weights, up to a width of 2500mm. In addition to standard coating heads, rotating bar (rotary rod) models are available for achieving ultra-smooth, glass-like surfaces. Custom designs can also be developed for specific application needs. Depending on the application width, adhesive coating heads may require multiple hose inlets for optimal adhesive supply. As the coating width increases, ensuring uniform adhesive distribution becomes more challenging; therefore, the number of heating and supply channels can be increased accordingly. The coating heads are mounted onto the main machine using brackets, which allow for forward-backward and up-down adjustments to suit different production requirements.
