Important Updates to the Visitor Registration Process at the Exhibition Center
We are introducing new measures to make the visitor registration process at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center faster and more convenient. Visitors are advised to purchase their tickets online before the exhibition. For visitors who need to register on-site, self-service registration options are available at the venue.
We recommend registering online in advance
We strongly recommend that your visitors obtain their tickets online before visiting the trade fair to avoid waiting at the registration areas upon arrival.
Visitors who obtain their online tickets in advance can enter the trade fair through the fast-track turnstiles without waiting at the registration areas.
Registering at the Venue
If your visitors come directly to the venue without obtaining an online ticket and wish to register on-site, they will be required to complete their own registration under the new registration process implemented at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center.
There are two self-service registration methods available at the venue:
Registration via Mobile Devices
Visitors can scan the QR codes available throughout the venue and at the entrances to access the registration form on their own mobile devices (phone, tablet, etc.) and enter their information.
After verifying their email address, they can complete the registration process and make an online payment when required.
Registration via Computers at the Registration Areas
Visitors can complete the registration form themselves using the computers available at the registration areas.
After verifying their email address, they can complete the registration process.
For paid admission, payment can be made by credit card using the POS terminals available at the registration areas.
Information Visitors Must Provide During Registration
As with online ticket registration, providing only an email address will not be sufficient for registrations completed at the venue. Visitors will be required to complete the following information themselves through the registration form.
- Contact and company information
- Product groups they are interested in
- Purpose of visit, purchasing authority, and other relevant information
Invitation codes provided by exhibitors will remain valid under the new self-service registration process and can continue to be used by visitors.
On-Site Staff Will be Available
Staff will be available at the venue to provide guidance and assistance during the registration process. However, staff will not complete the registration form on behalf of visitors; they will only guide visitors through the registration process.
Badge Scanning at Entry and Exit
Under the new process, both visitors and exhibitors are required to scan their badges when leaving the venue, just as they do when entering the trade fair.
