The products are transported to the sealing area with the infeed belt conveyor. The open sides of the products are sealed with the servo-controlled hot sealing bar and side sealer system. With the discharge band, the products are transferred to the shrink tunnel. With the temperature inside the tunnel, the shrink film wraps the product tightly and takes the shape of the product.
The operator manually inserts products into infeed roller conveyor and pushes by hand to sealing area. Press the sealer button to seal and cut the film. Through the new product pushes the previous product into the shrink tunnel. The polyethylene film tightly wraps product with temperature inside the tunnel and the film is cooled by the fan at the exit of the tunnel to take the form of the product.
The automatic system, transfers product from the infeed conveyor to sealing area and there a sealing bar cuts and seals the film. Then through discharge conveyor the products are transferred into the shrink tunnel. The polyethylene film tightly wraps product with temperature inside the tunnel and the film is cooled by the fan at the exit of the tunnel to take the form of the product.

The L- bar sealing is operated with the manual or the automatic cutting system. Then through discharge conveyor the products are transferred into the shrink tunnel. The film (pvc/pof/pe) tightly wraps products with temperature inside the tunnel and take the form of the product.
The feeding unit of the machine is designed according to the layout of the production lines to be integrated. The products are automatically wrapped with shrink film, which is fed from the lower and upper. The sealing bar seals shrink film and the discharge conveyor transfers the products to the shrink tunnel. Polyethylene film tightly wraps the product with temperature inside the tunnel and takes the form of the product by cooling with the help of a fan at the tunnel exit.
