Orse Makine ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (Paper Converting Machine Manufacturer Co.), was established in 1994 as a family company in Istanbul Turkey. Its field of activity started with the production, sales and after-sales services of post-press Packaging machines, and in order to meet the increasing demands and provide a better service to its customers in 2010, it has built in BEYLİKDÜZÜ and continues its services and activities in its new facility. Since 2010, it has started to manufacture paper bag-making machine and its production capacity has been increased. With the advancement of technology, transition to full automated machine systems has been made, thus, fast service, high quality and reasonable price policy has been targeted. Continuing its activities in BEYLİKDÜZÜ, ORSE continues to serve its valuable customers in the European and world markets as well as in Turkey with its CE certified (V TYPE PAPER BAG, SHEETTER, SLITTER) machines.
Our machine is capable of producing 240 bags per minute. The weight of paper which may be used in the production can vary between 35-90 gr. Paper printing surface is maximum 79 cm, and the bag size can be in different combinations between 70-350 mm width and 150-560 mm length.
