As Ömür Printing & Packaging, we have been printing on raw materials such as Paper, PP, PE, PVC, PET and OPS on our Offset, Flexo, Rotogravure and Letterpress machines since 1981. We are organizing the pre-press, press and post-press processes for the production of products such as flexible Packaging, IML, self adhesive labels and shrink sleeve labels in our 3 different facilities located in Istanbul. We are providing our service quality to over 1.000 clients in 49 countries with Germany, France, UK, The Netherlands, Middle East and North Africa acting as frontrunners. We are able to become solution partners to many companies from all over the world which are leaders in their industry by speaking English, German, French and Arabic like our native language. We are participating in many international fairs in order to spread our services to new territories. We are able to follow eco-firendly, sustainable policies by investing in human quality and machinery, by using vegetable based inks and FSC certified papers. We hold FSC, ISO 9001, FAMA (Walt Disney), BRC certificates. Further to our SEDEX membership, we go through regular SMETA audits every year. Thanks to our new investment, we can print on all main raw materials of flexible packaging regardless of thickness, such as PET, OPP, CPP, PE. We can also laminate on these printed materials with materials such as PET, aluminium, metallized PET, OPP, metallized OPP, CPP, PE in 2, 3 or 4 layers depending on your request and the material s structure. Also depending on your request and the material s structure, you can prefer films with special barriers by taking into consideration the permeability of air and humidity. In special cases you can increase the number of layers as much as you like without any limitations. Furthermore, we can provide you solutions in special projects thanks to our R&D department s studies with the support of our suppliers. We can easily provide solutions to industries such as Food, Cosmetics, Hygiene and many others.
With the experience that we have accumulated since 2000, we offer a perfect service to our customers regarding labels. We produce self-adhesive PP, PE, glossy paper and metalized labels as well as PVC, PET, OPS materials for film group (shrink sleeve). We successfully process high-precision applications such as hot and cold foil, gilding, silk screen, piggyback (multi-layer), scent printed, variable data and scratch-off. We invest continuously and keep up with our customers demands to full extent. With our flexo, letterpress and offset printing machines, we can print up to 10 colours and up to the size of 43 x 61 cm.
Injection molding method consists of high-pressure injection where granular polypropylene (PP) raw material polymer is melted and shaped by a mold. During these processes, IML (In Mold Labeling) integrates with the product in the mold and takes its final form.
