Main motor running time, chocolate mix, transfer pumps, operating temperature range and activation of cooling system are automatically provided from the touch screen. Thanks to the special angled anchors, it keeps the balls moving up and down and thus the chocolate is grinded in a shorter time. 700 kg of special hardened steel balls are used in this machine.
